15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support

I have two windows in my house that need spring balancers. The one picture shows the spring info I wrote down. Could you please let me know what parts I need.

I purchased a 1/2 coil triple support. While installing it, it cracked in multiple places. Is this due to the size being wrong or inadequate material the product was made from? The original piece I'm replacing is made out of much thicker/higher grade plastic.

UV light has deteriorated several of these to the point where they have crumbled. I am looking to replace everything that is photographed (coils, covers, pieces that the sash fit into-- whatever is shown). I found a sticker on the window containing this info : H-R40-48-72. I am pretty sure this is a 3/8 inch egress coil triple support it's an inch and a quarter wide by 4 1/2 inches long and looks similar to your product code 15?205. I also need a little metal bar that goes down in the bottom of the window as the Pivot arm

Before I knew anything about how the coil spring and support foot worked, I yanked out the entire set up because the plastic cover was completely broken up and the window wasn't staying open. The latch in the photo is broken. Can you tell me the replacement part number for this latch? Also, should that flat metal spring be in the track? I don't see it on my other windows. This may be what broke the latch.

We have a Simonton window that was installed in 2005 and a house that we recently purchased. The plastic part which I believe is called the balance has cracked on one window and has completely disintegrated on another. I am trying to find which part or parts I need to replace. Trying to find this part for my Simonton windows. Covers the tripple coils. I think the Simonton window model is 5303725/16 unit. Also has 4EB 4EB4EB. 35.500 65.5000 paten. G1 31.5000 29.81250 The cover is 4.5 inch long and 1.25 inches wide

I am not sure what this piece is called. I am having a hard time locating a replacement. I took a picture of a window with the hardware intact and a picture of the window and the missing hardware. Can you help identify the item and do you have any in stock?

Balance broke on right side of the window

The balances in my Simonton window are broken. I attached a picture of the window description from the original house plans, in case any of those numbers help find the right parts. I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the 15-150T looks like the piece i need for 10 windows where this part has become brittle and cracked due to the southern sun exposure. My fireman window when pulled out to clean does not slide evenly. It appears the plastic slide is cracked and no longer connected to the actual window. It just stays in the track and does not move. Both of my big windows are currently having the same issue. Please help
