Hello, I have a broken coil balance in my window but haven't been able to find the best replacement parts.

The plastic cover broke. Can this be replaced?

The Metal on a few of my windows that comes out of the Plastic part at top, crunched and then broke. Do you recognize this type of Spring Tension part? If you need more pictures I can take the window out for more. These are swing out windows for easy cleaning.

Hi, I am looking for a Triple coil spring holder for Simonton 2003 windows. The coils and pivot shoes seem to be in good condition so I would replace only the holders. Sash channel balance??

I have a broken piece of plastic on one side of a window that is held on by one screw. Photo on right is side that is not broken. Photo on left shows 2 round metal pieces that would be covered by the broken plastic piece. The plastic part is about 1" x 4.5" . What is that part and can it be ordered ... (cont.)

I purchased a 1/2 coil triple support. While installing it, it cracked in multiple places. Is this due to the size being wrong or inadequate material the product was made from? The original piece I'm replacing is made out of much thicker/higher grade plastic.

I am pretty sure this is a 3/8 inch egress coil triple support it's an inch and a quarter wide by 4 1/2 inches long and looks similar to your product code 15?205. I also need a little metal bar that goes down in the bottom of the window as the Pivot arm

Before I knew anything about how the coil spring and support foot worked, I yanked out the entire set up because the plastic cover was completely broken up and the window wasn't staying open. The latch in the photo is broken. Can you tell me the replacement part number for this latch? Also, should that flat metal spring be in the track? I don't see it on my other windows. This may be what broke the latch.

We have a Simonton window that was installed in 2005 and a house that we recently purchased.
