I have a Simonton single hung tilt window with a triple spring balance on each side. Springs are good, shoe is good, the spring housing needs replacement. I need about three of those 3" pivot pins and a couple of those spring Assy units ( I don't know the name of the assembly). Hopefully you can tell by the picture.

The plastic portion that screws into the trim has broken. Looks like a triple coil balance but I'm not sure. I can't see a part number or weight spec either. Any help would be great!
