I have simonton windows....and need new coil balances....can you help

Customer needs the 3 coil balances replaced on 1 simonton window. We need 1 per each side. The number I found on the plastic is 5.704.165

I need to locate the parts for a Simonton Window, the balance coil assembly housing for triple coil. The coil is 3/8" wide, and it's a triple coil. Everything from the balance assembly housing looks to be intact, except for the housing. Also, if you happen to know what size pan head screw is needed ... (cont.)

Piece broke in the track of the window. Went to shut window and wouldn't shut. The entire piece on the left side of window cracked and am hoping I can just replace that piece.

I purchased the S140-3. When I lower the window it interferes with the tilt window latch. The old spring holder was shaped with room for the latch to pass without interference. The metal coil is 3/8" wide. Thanks for any help.

Looking for plastic housing with spring/coil steel that assists in lifting vinyl window sash and keeping it up. The coil covers have dry rotted from sun, I would like to replace them and will replace the coils as well if needed. Please give me some PN's so I can get this started. Thanks

I have a Simonton single hung tilt window with a triple spring balance on each side. Springs are good, shoe is good, the spring housing needs replacement.
