S745-23 23-1/4" Peachtree Balance

I'm pretty sure I've figured out the right balances; just sending info I have to check. The windows are Peachtree double hung, non-tolt. I believe they are Ariel model. Over 30 years old. Number on downstairs window balance is 4254C. Length is 23-1/4", weight is about 23 lbs

Hello I have two windows that need balances . 1 one is 20 lbs the channel is 23-3/8 long The second is 18 lbs and channel is 16-3/8 long . They are peach tree windows . Attached are pics of old balances

So this definitely looks like a S745 type window ballast. I have include pictures, theses windows have a wood inside veneer, that is removed, then have to slide out the channel lock and then remove the window frame. Looks like a peachtree aluminum window balance it's a 1/2 channel at 23 1/4 long only numbers are 2230 which is probably sash size.

I put the window back together thinking I would be buying springs and cord, so I never measured the whole balance. The window is a Peachtree Ariel. It looks like the Ariel 23 1/4 x 48 non tilt window length of channel is 23 and 1/2 inches long On the outside is 3654 FK Caldwell. Do you have this length?

Not sure of the weight of the windows. Need 4 balances. Windows are 3 over 3 with double solid panes, lower. Balance is about 23.5 inches long by .5 wide. Window measures approx. 26x27 inches.
