This looks correct, also need the piece for the lock, which always breaks when the mortise goes bad,

do you have a data or blow up of this type of lock mechanism?

Hi, I am looking for a recommendation to replace my lock. It has an 11" bolt pattern, and actuator is 3/4 offset. 3/4 wide face plate and 11 3/4 over all length. My door also has a key lock on the outside.

The door handle on my patio door will not operate sometimes. I have to work with it to get it to move so I can open the door. I noticed the lever to operate the latch is very loose. Locking mechanism jammed, need new one.The measurement inside of the latches appears to be 5-1/4" (whereas your part 82-265 shows this dimension as being 5-11/16", so that part doesn't appear quite right).9/16" width mechanism. The outside handle on our sliding glass door broke off at the top and the bottom. The lock part of it is the only thing left.
