One of my windows has a broken balancer and needs replacement. The window slides up and down and has the ability to tilt inward. I have a window H-R25-46x77. From a previous post in February from Lexington SC, I need to replace with a series 795 channel balancer. Weight of window is 18 lbs. Foot is 1 1/4. Not sure what brand my window is. Could not find a sticker anywhere. Looking for a replacement balance. It's flat,28"long.

hello, While replacing the balances on several windows, this part broke. Its the mounting lug for the top screw that mounts the channel balance. As you can see its 1/4" wide square hole.

This is a tilt window it has a hook at the top that top which inserts in a slot. The bottom has a metal bushing which fits inside a plastic housing with a white plastic guide. The channel has a 27 B stamped on it.

This plastic piece, about 1/4'' square with a slight lip fits into a square hole (1/4" ) for the screw that holds the upper end of the spiral tilt mechanism. This broke so that the spiral tilt does not stay up. Do you carry this? Joel.

I removed the balance spring from a window and now that I am ready to put in a new one, there is no place for the screw to screw into. I think it's missing a balance screw plug. Any ideas?

Hello,I need replace the 2 Channel Balance and 4 Pivot Lock Shoe window. The part number that I found from the Channel Balance is 27B BSI 1-1/4 wide shoe. The Pivot Lock Shoe that I have has 3 differently PAT numbers. I could realize one of these in witch is PAT D467490 and the 2 others I couldn't g ... (cont.)

We need the right channel lock assembly 27" 25-30lbs. The pictures attached include the tag off the window and clips from the you tube video showing the one we have; it has a clip on the top to hook into the hole, and the locking nut on the bottom. We need 2 of the right one.
