I have a BSI 28c block and tackle tilt balancer but the top clip is not a screw in.

Patent # 5737877 approximate length 30". Tilt window. Small plastic pieces at top of window snapped while I was closing it.

balancer has 34B stamped on it. Cannot locate similar balancer with the hook style up top. I believe your 795 series is the closest I can find. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to order 2.

This is the plastic insert for the window spring screw which holds the spring to the window. It measures 1/4 inch square. This is the half that is left. I hope you can help. Hardware store only had round ones for hanging pictures in drywall.
