HI Brandythe square hole I was referring is to receive the screw that attaches the balance to the frame of the window. The square hole measures 1/4"x1/4". do you have any accessories that will do this job?Please advice...or if you can recommend another way of attaching the balance to the window fram ... (cont.)

no name of company on window, does not slide up and down. Strings were broken on this slider (name?) and the other side of the window had nothing. I was told by a vendor who repairs fogged windows that all I need to do is replace 2 parts.

I need a replacement window pivot. Mine installs into a channel style balance. Where the shoe installs, the face of the channel is "pinched" or indented to allow for the window pivot to drop into a the open style pivot shoe. The shoe allows for approx. 1/4" of clearance for the pivot. ... (cont.)

I ordered your 27B S795-27 and 15-198 balance clip attachments. Do I remove the one end and replace it with the 15-198 attachments or should I have ordered something else?ThanksSteve

The pictured tilt shoe on both sides of the window came away from the channel balance and we need some new ones. Also included a picture of the label from the window.

I need replacement parts for US5737877A. The spring has a gray tube inserted in it. There's 2 plastics pieces that has string around it. My plastice pieces that insert into the spring and hold the strings are brittle and breaking. Pictures added attached. Tony
