26-200 Balance Screw Plug

The balance widow shoes I received were very close but not close enough to work properly. So I sent you this picture of the window type itself. I also need the spring type slides that allow the window to tilt open and drop down for cleaning.

I need a replacement balance for a Jeld-Wen tilting vinyl window. The old balance has 32D BSI stamped on the square channel. According to an instructional Jeld-Wen video on how to install a balance, this is a Type C balance. So can you provide me with a 32" Type C balance to fit a 4'x6' Jeld-Wen ... (cont.)

We cannot find these anywhere and the windows are not that old. I called a window company and they told me I had to replace the entire window? I have 8 windows that need these pivot locks! Please help! We move in 2 weeks and these need to be replaced. Thank you!

My single hung window. On the right side the piece that the spring attaches too broke so the spring won't stay attached anymore. And the string is very loose.

Do you carry a replacement for this sash balance? The metal portion is 33 inches long, 1/2 inch deep and 1/2 inch wide. There are no visible markings. The sash weight is 22 lbs.

I think I need the S795-30, but I want to be sure I don't need any other parts of accs. to make this work for my system. Let me know what you think. Measured at 30"

Looking to get some parts for several windows in my house. Not sure what type shoes these are and the bar or tension rod. It is 34inches. The one picture shows a metal piece that broke off in the shoe that needs to be replaced. Could you help

I am not proficient using digital devices and appreciate your patience. I have double hung windows and many need parts replaced. Someone I spoke to earlier said to weigh the window. It weighs 14 lbs. I could not find the same style on line. These are 27" long with a clip at the top. One window had 2-27C and the other window had a 27B & 27C.

We have purchased from you before. Please see the photos attached. Need your help in identifying these parts. Stamp in frame is 27C ID5 CMC 54 channel length 27" channel width and height is 9/16" Plastic piece 1 7/32" wide, 17/32" deep and 1 1/4" tall. And quote $ for 4 pieces.

I"m looking for the plastic pieces in the attached photos that the spring/string attaches to. These are in vinyl, single-hung "WM" windows that were installed when my condo was built ~18 years ago. Good morning. I need to replace four tilt balances that are marked 34C PN BSI. The current balance has a hook that rests in a round hole in the track. It does not look to me that the existing hole will take the 26-200 screw plug. (I still have the hooks.) What do you suggest? Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

Wanting to confirm that this would be a 27" D type window balance for the other side. There doesn't appear to be anything on top of the balance, just a string that goes all the day to the top of the window.

My crossbars are 24" and they have a clip that hooks into the frame as indicated on the attached photo. They do not screw into the frame as show in your video.
