I would like to purchase 2 balances assembly per photo they seem to be the same as the 795 channel balance except mine has a clip at the end instead of the screw type the clip is 1/4 in wide the shoe width is 1 1/4

this piece in the window is what holds the 30" Series 600 Spiral Tilt with the screw

Hello I have uploaded the "good" t-lock balance shoe along with the broken side. it has a patent PAT#4610108 stamped on it and the window balance has 30B stamped on it. Please let me know what all I will need to get to repair the window Thanks Himanso

This piece is in both sides of my window the top plastic piece is broken and will not hold the metal rod in place. When I leave this piece installed like it is the window will not close. Thank you

I am pretty sure you have what I need, my pictures didn't turn out great, but the scan of the part number did. Both sides of the coils broke, so I need both plastic parts and coil springs for both sides. Can you confirm what I have and what I need to order. Again, I will need both left and right ... (cont.)

The metal flat channel balance is 28 inches. The bottom piece is like picture attached. Window won't stay open. It falls. I am not sure what I need to fix it. Please help. Windows are too expensive to replace the whole thing. Thank

Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. Weight of windows is 19.6 I do not have the length of the balance or an undamaged balance.

This balancer is broken. The frame is bent a the bottom near the pivot lock shoe, Also there is a riot that hold the bottom of the spring near the pivot lock shoe that is also non operational and has pulled out.
