This piece is in both sides of my window the top plastic piece is broken and will not hold the metal rod in place. When I leave this piece installed like it is the window will not close. Thank you

I am pretty sure you have what I need, my pictures didn't turn out great, but the scan of the part number did. The metal flat channel balance is 28 inches. The bottom piece is like picture attached. Window won't stay open. It falls. I am not sure what I need to fix it. Please help. Windows are too expensive to replace the whole thing. Thank

Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. This balancer is broken. The frame is bent a the bottom near the pivot lock shoe, Also there is a riot that hold the bottom of the spring near the pivot lock shoe that is also non operational and has pulled out. Per the recommendation from Swisco I am preparing to order the S795 balance spring to replace the balance spring on my Plygem window. Prior to doing so I need one more piece of information.
