I'm looking for a replacement balance part for my window (opens up and down). I have the model number for the balance: 23-4 0715 VBS However, I don't know how to use Swisco website to look for exact replacement. Please help. Thanks Charles

Non tilt windows need 6 balances, they measure 24" x 1/2 inch. However, most of your website pictures look similar, without measurements, so I'm unsure which model to order.

I have balances that need replaced. The channel is 9/16" in width, the shoe has a 1" depth and the length is 25". The only marking I see on it is by the shoe and reads; "23 40 BSI MM". The spring looks like it's 13.5" with the cord fully retracted and not strung out. These are for my parents windows ... (cont.)

The balance is 24" long by 1/2" wide by 5/8" deep. The markings show #2390-26. The window was installed on or about 2006. The PGT part # seems to be 65HSTRK. Hi there. I need to identify and order 2 of these balances. I will also need to order 6 of the top plastic pieces, 6 of the bottom pieces and the steel rivets to install them to fix other windows in the house.

mine is 23 3 is 23 3/4" long looks like your # S395-24 also do 16-002 take out clip replace plastic ones ?

I found this site when I was looking for the replacement of the balance spring of my single hung window. The number indicated on the frame is 2390 EK 30 and the length of the frame is 24" What series and option do you think I should order. Thanks Dante

I have Crossly windows in my home and a few springs are in need of replacement. They vary in size. I would appreciate help to get the correct spring replacement.
