sash guide has no number but drawing shows the dimensions. Window channel balancer have numbers 29-5 BHS (2) and 29-4 (2) the metal part actual length dimension is 30" Would like to purchase 4 sash guides and 2 each of the Channel Balancers Could you please identify the correct replacement parts ... Hello,It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. The window this 34DS 42 weighs approximately 42 pounds. The width at the rivet is 9/16, which I think you call 1/2' channel. The appears to be the letters B.S.I. sideways between the 34DS and the 42.

The number stamped on the channel balance is (h 2428 #). I need replacement channel balances for 3 windows, a total of 6 balances for this size. The window size is approximately 47" x 26". I recently purchased the S350-22 channel balance (with the 15-004 shoe) and it is 1/2" too long. My balance measures 21.5". The foot is also a little too tall.
