Hi,I just moved into a house and the patio door does not lock because it's missing a strike plate.Based on the logo, it's a Milgard patio lock. I ordered the Sissco Handle set 82-080 to replace the one I had to destroy to get the faulty mortise lock out. It did not come with a new lock so I ordered the 82-238 double hook mortise lock and neither one was the correct part. Please check the pictures I have sent before sending another mistake ... I just bought this house with a broken sliding door lock broken.

We have no idea what brand sliding glass door contractor put in and they told us they don't keep records past 10 years.

I'm looking for the correct model latch for my sliding glass door. It's been I've 10 years but I think it might be Metal Industries mfg door.ThanksChuck.

My sliding door handle broke in the locked position - can't open the slider. I probably need a whole new unit. From your previous post - I think it's a 82-080. Can you itemize what I need to buy besides the handle? Thank you!

I believe it's called a mounting plate for the sliding door handle. I have put jb weld on it but not sure if it will hold.

The lock and latch from the sliding glass door in the pictures needs to be replaced. The lock has fallen out and the lever that latches the door has broken. The only markings on the door I can find are SGD-LC25-96 X 82. The mechanism/handle is 7" high.

Looking for this handle from Thermal Windows and Doors. They are no longer in business and we are looking for a warranty part for a customer that has one broke.

My door handle falls off about every two weeks because the screws are stripped and not getting enough bite. The 82-080 matches my door handle exactly with the correct holes but the width of my door is 13/4. The description says fasteners up to 13/8 thick?Can I get longer screws or am I reading the d ... I ordered the 82-238 to replace my broken mortise lock along with what I think is an 82-080 handle but they don't seem to fit together. What I think was the 82-080 came with a striker and a different double hook lock. Should I re-order the 82-080 that doesn't have the double hook lock? ... (cont.)
