I am trying to order 4 Balancer for my 2 sets of window. Length of channel itself is 29" and overall section including both ends hardware is 30" and width is about 9/16 of an inch. ID number on the channel is 2820G.

I'm looking to repair/replace a window balance in one of our windows. Part of the block and tackle pulley broke. I've included a link to photo's of the part that needs replacement.

I have most of the parts identified but the measurements on the bottom shoe are a tiny bit different. I included 4 images. It looks most like the 15-005 but that does not have the split like mine. Hi There, The metal portion of the balance is 27" long and 1/2" wide. The top is 15/16" wide and 3/4" deep and the bottom shoe is 15/16" wide and 15/16" deep. The sash weighs 23 lb. Please inform which part number I should use from the photos. This is for a Milgard vinyl window. Note, it appears from your website this should be a Series 380 or 385 part.
