Bottom Channel Balance Shoe
My shoe is shaped like the 15-004 and 15-005. The only problem is that the size. You show a 1 inch and 1 3/32 inch. Mine is 7/8 inch. Not sure what I need. It is stamped with 28C and is channel is 29" long. The window weighs 20 lbs. Thanks for any help you can provide. Tom

Need to replace all 4 of my channel balances

channel balance 33 DS 33
Our channel balance is not working and appears it rusted. Can you confirm which one we need to order. Numbers stamped on it are 33 DS 33 (and maybe BS1 RO). It's 34" long. It looks like the Series 385 channel balance is the correct one?

I have an old channel balance 26" 9/12" marked 2590 22 that I want to repalce. When I search your database it returns 350 (S350-26) and/or 351 (S351-26) series part. The part looks the same. Replacement Balance Help
I am trying to replace a pair of balances and need help identifying what I need. The balance is 23" long 5/8" deep and a 1/2" wide. The channel itself has a slightly curled edge as well. There are no markings anywhere on it. The sash itself weighs 20lbs. Any help would be appreciated. ... (cont.)

I need to replace the things on the side of my windows that hold them in? And allow them to slide up and down. I think they are called flash balances? Balance end replacements
We have windows that are 8 years old supplied by Norandex/Simonton. At least one of the plastic ends broke and the balance popped out. It is stamped 3519DS and is 37". We are not sure which ends are the correct ones to order. I guess there are to many combinations that look similar. 380 or 385 ... (cont.)
