15-005 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 1" Depth

My shoe is shaped like the 15-004 and 15-005. The only problem is that the size. You show a 1 inch and 1 3/32 inch. Mine is 7/8 inch. Not sure what I need. It is stamped with 28C and is channel is 29" long. The window weighs 20 lbs. Thanks for any help you can provide. Tom

Our channel balance is not working and appears it rusted. Can you confirm which one we need to order. Numbers stamped on it are 33 DS 33 (and maybe BS1 RO). It's 34" long. It looks like the Series 385 channel balance is the correct one?

We have windows that are 8 years old supplied by Norandex/Simonton. At least one of the plastic ends broke and the balance popped out. It is stamped 3519DS and is 37".
