Hello, the metal channel is 27 inch in length and about 9/16 inch in width. I have accidentally broken the bottom clip (which holds the string). The description printed on the side is 2620. Looking for replacement for UNIQUE 28-C-30 channel balance. It looks like your S380-29 2840 but the bottom shoe depth is 3/4". It has a 1/2" channel and the wings are 1" wide.

Hi, Could you please confirm the part number? this appears to be a 28" series 395 channel balance, but it measures 28.5". Stamp indicates 27 1/2" 3 Caldwell DM. Can you please confirm length and appropriate option?

This is a Florida window and the 15-029 custom shoe is an exact size match. I assume that custom shoe would go on a S380-37 with the 3640 option, confirm?
