The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes. We have 10 sashes. 5 x 25lbs (these appeared to have two coils like this one) 3 x 33.5lbs and 2 x 32.5lbs (these have 3 coils on each side) Would replace both sides as recommended. ... (cont.)

These windows say "Prism" on the latches. Not sure if these are able to be replaced. Obviously the window just falls down. Looking to identify replacement parts and get a useful installation guide. Thanks.

Hello,I need pivot lock shoes for our Simonton double hung windows which were installed in 2010. I am not sure about the part number but i am hopping that you will be able to identify it from the photos. The photo shows the number on the bottom sash but I haven't been able to get a good picture of the strip on the upper sash. I am looking for the matching Window Balance and Pivot for a customer. They are 7 or 8 lb balances x2 and the pivot pictured x1. I have photos of the window labels if that would help. Maybe s170 coil balance assy?
