I am looking for the matching Window Balance and Pivot for a customer. They are 7 or 8 lb balances x2 and the pivot pictured x1. I have photos of the window labels if that would help. Maybe s170 coil balance assy?

Happy new year! I have some 6500 series double hung windows (I think simonton) purchased and installed by home depot in 2010. At least one shoe on each window is broken. I have a property with simonton windows, which have some broken and missing parts. I have broken tilt latches, broken pivot bars, and completely missing balance assembly on one of the windows. I would like to replace them, but I am not sure which items match.

Hi, I am looking for the pivot bar in the one picture and the set up you see in the other picture which should be the pivot shoe, coil spring, and coil spring cover. In the third picture is a label of the part number. I would need enough to replace on five windows

Hi. Here is a double coil balance. As you can see, the plastic shoe for the pivot is cracked in half and only one half remains. The coils themselves seem fine. I could just replace the shoe, or the entire thing. There's no markings on the coil ends. The only markings I see are on the white plastic h ... (cont.)

vinyl tilt window. Weighs about 8.5 lb. Missing one side of the coil. This is what remained of the other side. Will need to purchase left and right coil balances. I have included drawn measurements.
