Hello, I accidently ordered part # 15-192 Shoes to replace the shoe in a simonton window' The size of the shoe is almost identical if that helps. I ordered a part for this - which I received yesterday - but I apparently didn't get the correct part based on my conversation with customer service. Pívot shoe 15-259 has a depth of 13/16 (actual .840), which is greater than 13/16 almost 27/32. Coil support is the recommended support and has a measurement of 13/16. If the pívot shoe is greater than the coil support, how will these work together?

The piece the widow goes into broke. I need a complete new setup.

I see the related parts that are used together but on the coil cover I believe it's called there is a narrow and a wide to choose from. The pivot shoe on my window broke and I matched that up to a 15-192. The pivot bar also broke, but I don't see one on the website. Here is a picture of my old pivot bar. Do you guys have anything comparable or that will work with the new pivot shoe. Please let me know, thanks.

I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I have already received parts for my smaller windows from SWISCO, they used an 8.5 lb spring. THis window is much larger and the original manufacture used 3 springs in tandum as you can see, All the other parts are the same, so do I just use a stronger spring for use with this window or do i need a ... I need to replace 3 coils because the shoe broke. I also need to replace 3 pivot bars. I don't have part number but the coils appear to be 3 to a set. The window sash weights approximittely 38 pounds. I don't know if I can purchase just the coil that connects to the shoe housing or if I need th ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace a few broken window closures. These are simonton windows about 10-15 years old. Some of the smaller windows are single spool but the bigger ones are duel spool.

My window won't stay up and I think I need to replace these small plastic parts and the box thing that they go into.
