Do you carry these parts for prism windows? I need 6 each of the coil spring devices and 4 each of the adapters that are on the window.

Hello, I believe I have the double hung tilting Simonton windows. My pivot bars and shoes for two of my windows have all split/broke. Can you please point me in the right direction of what replacement parts I will need?

Hi. Here is a double coil balance. As you can see, the plastic shoe for the pivot is cracked in half and only one half remains. The coils themselves seem fine. I could just replace the shoe, or the entire thing. There's no markings on the coil ends. The only markings I see are on the white plastic h ... (cont.)

Assembly dimensions approx 7/8 dp x 2 3/4 h x 1 1/4 w Shoe 1 1/4 w x 1 1/2 h x 7/8 dp hard to read but appears coil stamped 10J Shoe needed

vinyl tilt window. Weighs about 8.5 lb. Missing one side of the coil. This is what remained of the other side. Will need to purchase left and right coil balances. I have included drawn measurements.

Hello, I accidently ordered part # 15-192 Shoes to replace the shoe in a simonton window' The size of the shoe is almost identical if that helps. After vwatching your video it looks like i need to order a different shoe pivot bar and possibly a new coil balance and coil supports as well? Let me kn ... (cont.)

I ordered a part for this - which I received yesterday - but I apparently didn't get the correct part based on my conversation with customer service. Pívot shoe 15-259 has a depth of 13/16 (actual .840), which is greater than 13/16 almost 27/32. Coil support is the recommended support and has a measurement of 13/16. If the pívot shoe is greater than the coil support, how will these work together?

The piece the widow goes into broke. I need a complete new setup.

The pivot shoe on my window broke and I matched that up to a 15-192. The pivot bar also broke, but I don't see one on the website. Here is a picture of my old pivot bar. Do you guys have anything comparable or that will work with the new pivot shoe. Please let me know, thanks.
