Hello, I have a 1950s house with Keller awning windows. I am in need of replacement operators. The measurements are 5-1/4" top screw to bottom screw with a 2-3/4" arm extension. Trying to identify the replacement part for the crank mechanism on a jalousie window. The crank comes off when you close the window.

Pix 1+2 show broken off sissor hinge openers on North unit installed late 1970's 3rd pix shows intact unit which has scissor hinges as photoed on both sides of over n under glazings

How does the arm of the crank attach to the hole in the arm of the window? Is it a threaded bushing with a screw?

I can get the window to open but I can not get it to close. The handle comes out of the operator.

This is the part that is on the side of every window pane frame that projects from the edge of the frame that when you close the window sits under the claw in the mechanism and locks the window as the crank is turned and draws the window up and in.

I need this ASAP. I have sold my house and this repair is on my inspection list

Awning window parts The swingarm has a measurement of 2&5/16". All other measurements are the same as part number 39-350. I need three left hand and two right hand actuators. I also need three shoulder screws 33-070 torque bar bearings 36-018H. Thank you William

the measurements all seem to match. question about the 3/8 hole- mine is threaded to accept threads on bolt/screw. Are there threads in that hole? if not I possible could do a work around or less you have the exact match.

I need replacement screws and bushings for a jalousie crank out window, pictures attached. I can't find a manufacturer name on the jalousie windows, but the other windows in the house are harcar.

Looking for pins or rivets for old style casement windows hingesi only need 4 pins or rivets I ground the tops off so I could remove windows to replace glass thinking it would be easy to replace the hinge hardware.
