Casement window wont open crank turns

I took pictures for what im looking for. I couldn't find it on the website. The numbers on the frame was the only info I could find.

The left casement operator on my window does not work properly; it feels like a portion of the gear inside has been stripped, since I can feel it slip when I turn the crank to close it. From my customer :I wasn't sure what you meant by the longest and secondary arm. But the long part of the metal arm on the left was 5.25 in and the short part was 2.5 in. The metal arm on the right was 5 in.
