Please, where can I find replacement parts? Specifically I need to replace the tilt window balance/shoe that connects to the spring on the left-hand track of my sliding window.

We have Jeld-Wen wooden 50/50 windows that were made in 1996. We are the original owners of the home. Jeld-Wen informed us they no longer have parts for these windows. The spring clips on to this as you see it's broken so window won't slide it stay up. And the long piece just has broken areas. Looking to replace these parts. Please and thanks.

My husband believes the window manufacturer was Windsor. He installed our whole house of windows in 1997. This part has a long spring that attaches to one end (of our broken piece) and the other end is attached to the top of the window track. Thanks for any help you can give. MEL ... (cont.)
