The spring clips on to this as you see it's broken so window won't slide it stay up. And the long piece just has broken areas. Looking to replace these parts. Please and thanks.

My husband believes the window manufacturer was Windsor. He installed our whole house of windows in 1997. This part has a long spring that attaches to one end (of our broken piece) and the other end is attached to the top of the window track. Thanks for any help you can give. MEL ... (cont.)

Windows are 20 +/- years old. The spring holder has a small piece above the set screw, side view, that is broken off. The piece broken off holds the bottom of the tension spring.
