I understand what the part on the left is and I'll be ordering it. Do I need to order the part on the right, and what is it? It looks like a "double" coil (pretty sure that's not the name) but I'm not seeing this part in any searches on your website or elsewhere. Thank you!

Need to replace balance on left and right side of window (picture of liable attached. Sash weighs 16/17 lbs. can you tell be replacement parts to purchase? Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Appears to be double coil.Thanks

Good grief! First time window repair. Bought 1997 home and a lot of these are broken Can't find MFG info. Numbers barely visible on spring on bottom pivot: 6.5 33" T523203 ??? I think my tilt windows were made by Alliance. The lock on the top has that name. They are about 20 years old but in good condition. The channel has something that looks like a coil spring but it's all messed up. I also need the correct size plastic lock that holds the window in the channel. Help! S ... (cont.)

The white plastic cover for the flat coil-based balance spring has weakened in the sun, causing it to crack, making it difficult to open and close the double hung window. couldn't find any manufacturers info but at bottom of spring on plastic guide found patent "4*610*108" . This is the plastic guide where the sash attaches to with pins. Can you help me?
