My windo has no opening to remove the parts to replace with new ones. Also how do I know what parts to order.

The white plastic cover for the flat coil-based balance spring has weakened in the sun, causing it to crack, making it difficult to open and close the double hung window. couldn't find any manufacturers info but at bottom of spring on plastic guide found patent "4*610*108" . This is the plastic guide where the sash attaches to with pins. Can you help me?

The coil balance part was broken when the 2002 Acorn tilt window was raised to the top. The part has been misplaced or thrown away but I think the stamp says... 5.0 3S

I need part numbers for a Right and Left set of Double Coil Balances, #5 Coils, 1/2" Double Coil Carrier, the Pivot Carriers and Pivot Bars for a Gentek Vinyl Window. They are 1/2" Thick × 1 1/4" Wide. The coil carrier is 3 1/8" Long and the Coils have a "5" stamped on them. So Im guessing a "10 ... (cont.)

Need to find replacement parts for coil balance and pivot bars for simmonton tilt window. Please see attached photos. There ar no marking on any of the parts or the window.

Lower tilt out vinyl sash weighs -23 lbs and is 36" tall so probably need 35" travel. Old balance assembly has 2 coil springs as shown in picture. Springs are 1/2 wide with 5 stamped on one spring and #6 etched on other spring. Pivot shoe pictured checks 9/16" x 1 1/4" x 1" tall. No marking on spri ... (cont.)

Simonton and Home Depot can't help. The windows are twenty years old andneed several parts. Hopefully you can identify them. Thank you for your help.
