What balance do I need for this window? 0003281501 It's 2 spring and I think 3/8 spring width

See photo of working coil balance (left side). I need to replace both springs on the right side.It is a double-coil balance. One spring is marked with '4.5' and the other one is marked with '3'. Please let me know what part numbers I need.Also, do you ship to Canada?Thx!Marc

couldn't find any manufacturers info but at bottom of spring on plastic guide found patent "4*610*108" . This is the plastic guide where the sash attaches to with pins. Can you help me?

The coil balance part was broken when the 2002 Acorn tilt window was raised to the top. The part has been misplaced or thrown away but I think the stamp says... 5.0 3S

I need part numbers for a Right and Left set of Double Coil Balances, #5 Coils, 1/2" Double Coil Carrier, the Pivot Carriers and Pivot Bars for a Gentek Vinyl Window. They are 1/2" Thick × 1 1/4" Wide. The coil carrier is 3 1/8" Long and the Coils have a "5" stamped on them. So Im guessing a "10 ... (cont.)

Hello, can you please offer any help with determining what I need? When it was removed it had two of the plastic caps on top of each other. The coil does not have any markings or numbers. Thank you.

Need to find replacement parts for coil balance and pivot bars for simmonton tilt window. Please see attached photos. There ar no marking on any of the parts or the window.

Lower tilt out vinyl sash weighs -23 lbs and is 36" tall so probably need 35" travel. Old balance assembly has 2 coil springs as shown in picture. Springs are 1/2 wide with 5 stamped on one spring and #6 etched on other spring. Pivot shoe pictured checks 9/16" x 1 1/4" x 1" tall. No marking on spri ... (cont.)

I have double hung windows with with 2 coils to each constant force spring housing. The top coil has stamped on it 6.5 PAT5 8. The bottom coil has a 3 stamped on it. Both coils measure right at 0.496 inches diameter using a caliper. The top coil thickness is @ 0.181 inches. The bottom coil is @ 0.15 ... (cont.)
