my small vinyl tilt coil balance window needs a new pivot shoe unfortunately all i have is just this picture as 80 years old and not handy, apologize for not helping more! just hoping you might be able to id the pivot shoe which broke apart. any suggestions would help, Thank you in advance! Hi, i need several springs/coils and the metal rods that attach to the window that go into the spring/coil. I did not find any manufacturer name on the window....I'm hoping its a generic window and you have the parts. Thank you, appreciate any help. Tony

We could find no markings on the window, it will not stay up. Attached are photos, we have a couple more if needed. Trying to find replacement parts to repair one bedroom window. Sorry there is not a lot of information, appreciate you looking at this for us.

This is an assembly from a real old Anderson window. Some of the assemblies' springs broke, some of the plastic pieces that the spring attaches to broke. More windows have this same failure than just this one. Thanks
