Need to order a dozen of each of these parts fro window repairs. Excluding metal channel balance, just the top and bottom parts.

I'm about to order the 15-193 and 19-038 fittings/shoes for my b 3040 channel balance. I noticed the tension spring upper attachment 'rivet' is severely bent and surely ready to give way (see the photo). Can you tell me what rivet to use as a replacement? Hello, I have a large vinyl window with a broken channel balance. Can you recommend which part to purchase to repair this? Most parts I've seen either do not have the hook at the top (it's usually a white plastic mounting screw) or don't carry the size I need. Some places refer to the part as 62FC S ... (cont.)

Need to replace channel balances. I ordered S380-29 but it's too thick (deep?). The width is correct. It appears there correct shoe is the 15-029 but I didn't see one that had that attached.

Hello I need channel balances for a vinyl single hung non tilting window. The marking is 27 4 BSI ND. The metal part measures 1/2" (9/16" actual) wide by 28". The foot is 1 3/32" deep. I have broken balances on 20+ year old Anderson double tilt IGU windows. The channels are square and the feet are 1 1/2 inches. I cannot find exact replacements...especially the top part.

Please find below pictures of the plastic stops I need. I actually need two pieces of those ( first two pictures) and one complete kit ( for one window) or two pieces of Channel Balance. Hi, I recently had a window balance pop loose from the sash. I have Milgard, single hung, non-tilt windows. When I removed the balance I noticed that the top portion was damaged (parts of the catch area were chipped off and it was missing the spacer on one side). The top sash guide was also heavil ... I recently purchased several channel balances from Swisco and discovered that though the length and weight capacity is perfect; the bottom guide (foot) is different and will not allow my windows to fit back in properly. It's about 1 inch wide guard: both end of metal balance. I need two on the top of the metal balance and another two at the bottom of metal balance.
