We need the channel caps for the top of our window channel balances. You have already sent us the channels and they are fine. But we need the caps for the top of the channels. The tackle balance has a numbers on it. 24C (198 orB61)TK it is 24 inches long with a hook on the top spring side. The opposite side has a small metal piece that is tied on to a line and-connects to the tIlt block. I would need two tilt blocks and one tackle balance. Thank you.

ordered S710-29 , should have been s395 opinion 2840. Do you sell the pop rivets that fit the channel that the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe uses? Instead of re-ordering and paying for shipping again I would like to use the existing ends from the old channel. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for a channel balance as shown in the photos. It is for a tilt window. It looks like it is the ribbed channel. The top has 2 hooks and the bottom looks like the part in the photos. It has 35A stamped on the channel but unsure what the other stampings are. Thanks, Michael ... (cont.)

Is this the right rivet for 9/16"-wide channel balances? On the videos I can see that the rivets are much longer than the channel balances are wide, 39/64" is just barely longer than 9/16", so I am wondering. Thanks!

Series 385 comes fully assembled with the 19-005 top and 15-004 (1-3/32" deep) bottom fittings attached.See 62-005 for the rivet only for replacing a top fitting.

Can someone help me identify a shoe and top attachment for 2 different channel balances' stamped with 25-2 and 29-2. Also, if someone knows, is the rivet size in those channel balances' 3/32?
