I have two different channel balances (only different in length. The first is 15 long and 1/2 wide. The second is 21 long and 1/2 inch wide. I need to replace several window channels. They are all 1/2" wide, some 29" long and some 32" long. The number 2810 is on the shorter ones and 3210 is on the longer ones. (pictures attached) I would also like to replace the metal clips (stops window when pushing up. (picture attached) ... (cont.)

My wife and I just purchased a condo built in 1996 with Pennco windows and in the pictures, you'll see that top clips are missing to catch the channel balance to remove the window and in one picture, you can see the channel balance is jammed at the top because of no clip. The channel balance picture attached is from the 36" window...I based this on a neighbors recommendation that replaced their Channel Balances from you. What is the clip called

Forgot that I needed the overall channels too. Will need at least 12 of these too, for 6 windows. The channel is stamped with 2630 and B.S.I. 27" overall length and is a 1/2" wide channel (actual width closer to 9/16").

Hi. Need part number for window channel balance and associated upper clip. The broken channel balance has an imprint on it that reads "86 34-9 GB5." Will appreciate your assistance. Ali

Channel balance remains in frame when window closes and sometimes in the bottom of frame when opening window. This causes windows to get stuck and not work properly. I think the springs could be weak and causing the problem. I have 4 windows not working properly. Also I have a need a few take ou ... (cont.)

I would like to order an entire new 28 inch channel balance with the exact inside fittings as shown in the 2 pictures (if possible). The windows are 22 years old. All other channel balances on my windows are fine. Also, please give me a quote for replacement cost.Thank youLarry
