I have a window issue that I need help on. The overall length of the balance is 17 1/4 inches in length and 7/16 inches in width and I think it could be to long for the window. My window parts send me a number that I can call and talk to you. The black part is that the top of the window where the balancer attaches. The aluminum colored piece is in the window slide that catches the balancer so the window can be released.

I was told that the info on the spring/balance was SWISCO S351-29 option 0283. I assume that the S351-29 2830 may be the correct option for replacement. Is this so? But there is another couple parts that are missing on several windows one is a plated steel clip up high that sits almost flush uup high but if you put fingernail under it will"click" out standing out no longer flush the other is a whi ... I need new channel balances for my windows. One is stamped 32-9 AG5 CMC 54. 33" long and just over 1/2 inch wide and deep. The other I need is stamped 32 4 DO Caldwell.
