Metal portion is 1/2" (9/16") wide and is 28" long. I think this is the 28" series 351 channel balance but the bottom shoe does not look the same as in your on-line catalog. Hi, I read about the different bottom shoe for each. Can you help me determine which one I need? What part do I measure to determine the bottom shoe? The stamp on it is 2740. And I also need that piece of metal (stopper?) for the repair. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have two 31inch channel balances with no clips to hook on. Clips were missing.

My window sash weighs 29.6 lbs, but the sash 1850 only goes up to 20 lbs, which one should I buy? Also the metal guide is 19.6 inches (50cm), should I buy the 19inch option. Also the width of the bottom support is 1 1/8 inch, but 1 inch if the wings are not included. The imprinted number is 19 9 ... (cont.)

The sash is 29 wide by 26 height and weights 7-8 pounds. The channel balance is missing and the end pieces are stuck to the sash. What size channel balance do I need to buy? Thanks, Maria

Hello, This channel balance is 29" long (actually 29 1/8"). Channel width is 1/2". The number 2830 is on the channel. I will need to replace this and I'm not sure which part I should order. It fell out of the sash since the pulley/spring system no longer works. Thanks William

Hi, I'm renovating a house with 40 year old Kinco single hung non-tilting windows, many of which seem not to have been opened for years. 27" long metal body Printed on it reads 26 4 AS CALDWELL I found one video to identify the top and bottom. Top is 15p142. Can't tell what the bottom is because its worn away some.current measurement of the bottom is just shy of 1 inch I also have a broken removal clip, photo attached ... (cont.)

I have a couple of windows that won't stay open anymore. The plastic (nylon) pieces on top have broken off. I need 8 of these. The markings on the springs are 29 4 HX CMC 7 I need to get them asap. I will also want new take out clips for each. Are you able to determine the correct set ups from my pictures. I tried to give a couple different angles for the top and bottom.
