I ordered and received from you some replacement take out clips, part no 16-002. I am replacing a take-out clip that is broken but still in place so I need to remove it and insert the new one. Is there a procedure to follow to do that or any tricks you can relay? Thanks. Bob

Hi, The 29? long channel balances were stamped with 2820 or 2830. The 25? had 2420 and I guessed that the same height window with six panes that was missing its balances was 2430. The sash guide I ordered matched the dimensions and screw holes of mine. The 18-064 is smaller than mine. Thanks! ... (cont.)

I am trying to find replacements for the entire assembly. I have measured the metal part and it is 29".(that did not include the plastic ends) The only number I see stamped on it is the 2830X. I would greatly appreciate any help in ordering these parts. Thank you!

I measured this guide as you say to do on your website it came to 21" and is 1/2 width. There is a stamp on it marked 21 c bsi. I cannot find any manufacture or other markings on window. The length from the bottom of clip in window frame to bottom usable hole is 22" Picture 2076 has 2340 BS1 or BSL on it. The channel top is 1/2" across. I need to order two of these balance channels.

Jordan windows installed in 1986. The metal channel r both 29" long.The springs look identical but set at a different hole location. The channel 9/16" wide. Need 4 complete tracks for the 2840 & 4 for the 2820 with 8 caps that to push channel down. Thank u.
