We had this double sliding door installed and our contractor lost the hardware It looks like there is only one latching mechanism on one side, but both sides have holes drilled out. Can you tell which hardware will work and get the door to lock and close tight? Right now there is a gap. ... (cont.)

Hello, our Guardian patio door handle broke so I purchased a replacement. However I can not find a mortise latch that will fit. The toggle is not moving the lock to latch anymore. It also appears the mortise lock top and bottom have partly broken off. I can't find a mortise lock that matches these measurements. It appears to be a Legacy handle set.

Hi, Recently my door would not lock. After a lot of work, I was able to remove the mortise lock from the door. The mechanism has no markings on it. The distance from top to bottom screw holes is 3 and 11/16". It is just under 1/2" wide. The adhesive label on the door states: Silver Line 800234 ... (cont.)

Does anyone know which parts I should order to replace this mortise lock? It's roughly 3 1/4 x 1/2 inch and it's all rusted out due to being near the ocean so it doesn't open and close easily any more.
