I have included a number of photos. It is a non-tilting window. Old channel has marking of 2790-BSI-OJ-30. It is 29 inches in total length.

I need some new spring balances, but am not able to decide on the the correct ends. I need two versions of a type 60 window balance, and the metal for both is 29" long. Hi-Am in need of replacement 36" window balances stamped 35DS 35 for Lawson SH-7700 hurricane impact windows. Track measures 1/2" and both top and bottom guides are winged (pictures are attached). I have a 5 windows (non-tilting) with failed sash balances. Per the photos the existing balances are Caldwell 30 3 AN. Metal piece is 31"L x 9/16"W x 5/8"D.
