19-005 Channel Balance Top, Winged

I want to replace channels for looks like 2 combinations of top/bottoms

I am thinking this is a 395 Series. Stamped with 35DS 48L. I weighed the sash and it weighs nearly 40 lbs. So my thoughts are it needs to be the 3560. Here is my issue...the top seems to match perfectly, but the shoe is different. The wings are at 90 degrees to the wings on the 365 series. DO y ... (cont.)

I have 4 windows that need balancer replacements, they are all 15" in height, unfortunately, they do not all have indicating stamps on them, so I am not sure which weight ratings to purchase. Balancer is 28 inches long. Also appears that the retaining clip is missing.

Can you please tell me what balance in need based on the pictures? The metal is 1/2" wide and 28" long from metal end to end. Is this the S395 option 2740? I can't find any stamped number on the metal channel anywhere. Thanks!

The channel is 1/2" and 23" long. The stamp says 2220. The shoe looks like your part number 15-029. it measures 7/8" deep. The top looks similar to part number 19-005. I need two of these if you can help me out. Thank you

The stamp on the 29" balance is 28 C. I have identified the required channel balance as a S80-29 with a 2830 option (20 lb window). The S380 indicates a shoe dimension of 1". My shoe measures 7/8". Does this matter? Or do you have another series number to fit?

I have ordered several S380 - 30" channel balance, some 2940's and some 2950's. All have worked well. I have one set of windows left to repair which seem to look like S380 but they appear to have 15-029 shoes versus 15-005 and they are stamped 2906. They also seem to have different mechanisms and ... Please advise to which replacement part I need for a CALDWELL 28 4 EK. The metal channel is 29" in length and 1/2" wide. The channel balance top is consistent with part 19-005. OPL Listing #16742-1C (If this means anything to you) Are the size of the balancers needed also determined by the weight of the windows?
