Regarding Milgard replacement balancer I need two sets of balancers. One set is 20 4 CP CALDWELL 21" and another set is 14 5 FO CALDWELL 21". However I'm not sure whether FO or FQ. The weight of window is about 43Lb.

Hello. I'm trying to replace window balance and think this is a 380 series. Last time I tried to narrow it down, I thought there were two options with bottom shoes which were almost the same size.
