S400-29 29" Series 400 Spiral Balance

The balance is on alluminum window from 1979 It is 3/8 x 29 in with black tip

I have 29 inch 3/8, no tilt window, balance, rods I don't know which one I need

I have 9 better built windows. That I bought new spiral bouncers for. I cant install them because you guys do not have a video from my type of model window. I was curious to know if I could get some help from you so I can install them.

I have 2 windows that need all 4 balances replaced. I know they are 29" by 3/8" red balances. But I can't tell what kind of foot they need. Can you tell from these photos? They are aluminum non-tilt windows, likely made in the 70s.

I pulled it out just trying to make sure I get the right balances. It's 3/8 dianmeter and 29 inches long.

Window channel balance replacement parts

my windows are a pain to open and close. Photos attached to help you identify them. white caps,3/8 diameter,29 inches long. the T on the bottom attach to parts of the window. I don't see how to remove the window to check the attaching points or how to charge the balance springs.

We have Better Bilt Windows from 1998 with 29 inch 3/8 Balance Rods with a black end but the shoe is missing. Can you tell us what shoe we need without taking the other side apart? It is obsolete windows probably can't get the original part anyway.
