I believe I have properly identified this part as the 24? series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance with the Red Tip. Could you verify. Also, the parts that go with it is needed. One broken balance and other spiral balance came loose from the pivot shoe. Best I can measure with it still installed is 2-1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 17/32 thick. From underneath I can see the brake is blue. Determined S600-24 for spiral balance. Not sure if I should choose the 1/2 thick with bl ... (cont.)

I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Please help if you can. Picture 1: Balance tilt--2 sizes. Size 1 is 17 inches/4 oz. Size 2 is 24 inches/5.9 oz. Picture 2: The diameter of both tilts Picture 3: Lock shoe and I don't know the name.

I have Alside double hung tilt in windows. The coil balance keeps breaking. Can the coil balance be replaced with the block and tackle type balance?

I don't know the name of the window company. Looking for some expertise helping locate the proper pivot shoe. The depth of the window channel is 1/2". The pics show the measurements for the other sizes.

I have a vinyl double-hung window, 61" tall, 43" wide. The spiral balances are bad and need replaced. They don't have a color on them....is it ok to go with blue just to be safe??

My shoe appears to be 5/8" deep, 1.25" wide, 2" high. Has notch in slot black cam. It also has a SS screw which holds the end of the spiral in it. Do you make a shoe with a screw hole in it, I don't see any on your site
