Hello, Your 15-015 has the right outside dimensions, but I'm not sure about the size of the pivot bar pocket. My pivot bar has a stamped U shape, 0.315 wide by 0.190 high. This is a picture of the two balancers I took out of my tilt window.After measuring I came up with a 27 and1/2 inch tube and 28 and 1/2 spiral.The dimensions of the glass is 26 1/4 x 30 1/2 and weighs 18 lbs.The diameter of the tube is 3/8 inch.It also has a blue end which you should be able to see ... I am buying parts to replace the balances in my three windows. However, I see you also offer pivot shoes. Question: WHAT IS A PIVOT SHOE? I'm trying to understand and decide if I need to purchase them as well as the balances, at this time. Thanks, Laurel

I can not find window name attached pictures of what I need the window balacer. It is 3./8 wide. Tip to tip 28in. The top plastic is the broken part I need for 4 windows both sides

I purchased a house that has double hung windows that have broken springs. The plastic piece at the to is actually what is broken but I cant find the plastic piece by itself. I measured my original spiral balance (the tube part, not the spiraled part) and it measures 27.5 inches. Will a 27" work, or do I go bigger?

Greetings, I currently have the rods in the images in my windows - one won't go up, the other won't stay up. The existing rods measure 27 1/2" from top to bottom of blue bushing. Can these be replaced with current models not having a plastic tube covering? Thanks! Bob A

We have 9 ea ply gem single hung aluminum windows. They all need tilt balance replacement parts (18 in total). All windows are the same size. This balance came off a Seal-O-Matic window (Ocean, NJ). The rod is 28" in length with a 5/8" diameter.
