Sirs. trying to identify a spiral balance. it is 28" length. 3/8 diameter. it does not have anymore the plastic ending. no idea what was the original color. thanks.

It is 29 inches long with a white plastic covering. This came off a bedroom window and needs replacement. I also will need the adjustment tool. The diameter of the spiral balance is 3/8 inches

The upper window on the right in pic 2818 will not stay up and is completely disconnected from the balances on both sides. the lower window it is extremely difficult to insert the feet into spiral balance even using your instructions of pulling the window part way up. I need to replace 2 spiral window balances from windows that are 30 years old and also need the pivot shoes. Balances are 3/8" and 1 window balance 25" long and the other 29". Pictures included. Can you tell me the parts I need? Jim

Hi there. The spiral balancers I'd like to replace have no color, but I know are 29" and 3/8" dia. Would you be able to determine the weight/color needed by the size of the bottom sash? It measures roughly 44"x29" and is double pane. Thank you for any advice

These are for CareFree brand windows. The tip is red, the length is 29 inches, and the diameter is 3/8 inch. It has "ET A" on the side of the tube.
