Twin Seal windows in home I just bought. The channel balance is 23 and 1/2 in. The boot is one and 1/8 in. The sash weighs 14 and a half pounds.

I have to repair a broken shoe for an inverted block and tackle , tilt window. Windows were installed in 2005. The metal piece in the window channel is stamped with 23B PA BSI. Series 796 channel balance. I need 2 of these. Stamp on the ones now are 22-5. This is a 23" channel but I don't know what spring strength to order based on the stamp. Also, what is the difference between a closed am and open cam? Pictures look the same?

This balance has no marking and I can't find a match in your system please help.

Balances are 23" long, app. between 1/2" and 5/8" wide they are stamped "22 3BSI"The latches are 2-3/8" long (not including the "tongue") and 5/8" wide. I need one pair of latches and one pair of balances.

After watching the 850 to 795 conversion video I'm feeling a lot more confident to replace my balances with non original parts. However I'm having a hard time discerning between 795 and 775. I received the channel balance 795 23D and it looks like an exact replacement for the broken one (hook end of spring broke) except for the spring (larger gauge wire diameter). My balance matches your 23' series 795 balance but it is stamped 22-9. The 9 represents a sash weight of 27-30lbs. You don't offer that option on your website.
