S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

Hi,I have a customer that has 6 window sashes with what appear to be Series 850 block and tackle balances with black shoes and plastic clips at the top. These are at least 15 years old. They all measure approximately 28.5 inches from the base of the shoe to top bracket and I didn't see a match for ... (cont.)

Trying to find a replacment part. The hook on the top of the shoe broke off. I ow the balance is not attached to the window pane

I have 3 windows that I need to replace the balances. I have replaced 2 other windows before. I have a picture of the parts I replaced several years. They appear to be 850 Series Block and Tackle that is 28.5" long. I do not see that length as being available anymore.

The sash balance I need is same design as your Series 850 Block and Tackle Rod Balance. Issue is your replacement units are not the same length 28 1/2 inches that I need. It measures 28.5b inches. But I dont see one of this length. I would appreciate if you can identify the part and suggest the replacement parts. Thanks.

I have 12 Barrier Enterprise double hung windows. All have the same problem with the spring balances attached to the bottom portion of the window. My block and tackle balance is 28 inches long and stamped 28B but the top end has a 1/4" wide hook attached to the string. I'm looking for replacement shoes for windows in several of my buildings. I can find some that will fit the channel if the window but cannot find one that will hook onto the channel balance itself. Thanks

To whom it may concern: I need a balancer system - Block & Tackle Rod, ONE-Size 28.3 inches long. First of all, I can't get the cam lock in the channel balance to turn upright to where the pivot bar would be able to fit into it. I have double hung windows with the series 850 type shoe. The lower sash rod measures 28.25" and the upper 24".
