I need to replace my pivot locking shoes. Balance has a 28B BSI stamped in it. Both of the pivot shoes are broken. How do I determine my pivot shoe that will fit the balance.

Hi!My channel balance and tilt shoe got separated and I cannot insert the shoe into the channel. My questions are:What is the replacement kit?I do not have a slot to insert the shoe. Can I cut it out at top or bottom?Currently, the window is sliding to the very top.Francis

I know they're various balancers. This one is a fold out held in by a screw and little drum that tightness the end when opens. In need several. What can I do to get them fast to finalize the sale on my house? Thanks

the numbers printed on the window are g403 00192 7000, JW 05-08L0W-E, ALI IAASTM E774. the only number I could find printed on the balance is PAT:#5.737.877need 6 sets of balances and 2 window locks for this windowNot sure if you have just the springs or if I need to buy the whole balance set? ... I am in need of many of the components for the window balances including a few springs. Our needs are urgent as we have at least 45 windows in a nursing facility that have an issue with staying open due to these broken parts. Thank youDavid

The cord of this balance broke off as well as the tilt clip on the window. The windows are Ply Gem single hung vinyl windows. Unfortunately I don't have the exact model.
