Looking to purchase replacement parts.

Not sure of window brand, I suspect a knock-off. The channel balance has the identification "28B" stamped on it. The tilt cam hook that attached the cam to the bottom of the balance has snapped off. I need cams for 15 windows.

I broke the little metal hook at the top of the balance channel trying to get it hooked back in. Trying to order a replacement.
