Looking for a replacement channel balance for my window. The length is 28in. The numbers shown on the old one are 28C.

After removing one side. The numbers I find on the cannel arre as follows:28CBS1RHthan on picture IMG_5661.jpg are the word and numbers PAT # 4610108 or 4810108THank you, Bob

Looking to purchase replacement parts.

Not sure of window brand, I suspect a knock-off. The channel balance has the identification "28B" stamped on it. The tilt cam hook that attached the cam to the bottom of the balance has snapped off. I need cams for 15 windows.

I broke the little metal hook at the top of the balance channel trying to get it hooked back in. Trying to order a replacement. I am reading you no longer carry model S850-28 28.5" Series 850 Crossbow Balance with 1 1/4" width. I read where Paul had suggested to order the 795 Channel Balance with 28C option. The sizes don't add up so is this accurate to order in replace of the 850 crossbow balance??
