S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

Good morning! There are no names or markings of any kind on the windows. I need your help selecting the right replacement parts for my (5) single-hung windows. my plygem 28d channel balance fell out of the top hole. I had to remove the window but could not reinstall the balance. Is there any video to help out? The shoes are wide for the slot and I don't want to risk cutting.

No markings on current hardware. T-lock balance is broken. Channel bar is 28" x 1/2" with a groove in the end that the shoe fits. Spring is 15" long and Pivot is 1 3/4" x 1" wide Sash weights 18 lbs. NO markings on the channel bar. Will S795-28 work with a 15-194 shoe?

I need 2 of the balances pictured. The only marking is 28c which is the sleeves length.
