I ordered S850-28 two years back. Now S850-28 is no longer available in your website. What replacement I can use? Please see my previous order for details order number 741404

I have windows with the 850 Block and Tackle style balances. However I need 28-1/2" and 32-1/2" long. I see you saying to use the 795 series. What is the width of the channel of the 795 series? I am attempting to replace a crossbow balance, but am having trouble finding the correct length. The side of the part balance has 5.737.877 on the side. I need to replace my pivot locking shoes and latches for 2 tilt out windows. Both of the pivot shoes and latches are broken. Balance has 28B BSI stamped in it.

I have Bonneville double hung wood windows where the top window balance string has broke so instead of opening the window in the traditional way (bottom window up) I lower the top window down. I would like to replace the balances on the top windows and they are Bonneville with a stamp on the metal b ... (cont.)

No sticker or stamp found anywhere on the windows as to who the manufacturer is. This is the balance that uses a pulley system with the spring. Stamped on the balance is "28B", "PV", and "BSIN". Please let me know if this part can still be ordered. I would need 5 of them.

Hi, hope you can help. We have an Atrium window with two broken balances. Item has 28D inscribed on the channel. Channel is 28 inches long.
