S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

I need some channel balances. There are 2 different lengths, 1 is marked 28C BSI, the other is marked 32C BSI. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. I am the 2nd owner. I also need screen retaining clips. I do know the bottom shoe for the balance is 1" wide. they are also tilt windows ... (cont.)

I am trying to order the correct window channel balances for my single-hung, tilting windows. The channel balance is stamped 34D and measures 34" x 1/2" x 1/2". The shoe parts do not fit. Request 4 replacements the same size that will fit on the balances. I believe I need 1", not 1-1/4". This is a Pella Single Window. The old channel balance does have 28c stamped on it. I think the balances themselves will work.

Well after opening for the first time in years due to hurricane caused power outage, the balance decided to call it quits. white puck 17/32x1.25" Its a MI windows series 450 /650/850 Balance.(obsolete) 9/16" wide 1/2" deep stamped 28D B31 RL

The steel rod is 28" long, 1/2"x1/2", it is not ribbed, has a stamp on it that says 28C PB BSI. Something on one end broke off.

I believe the window shoes need replacement because the part at the top of the shoe that hooks to the balance has broken and the balance retracted to the top of the window channel (hopefully I'm using the right terminology).
