S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

Good afternoon, I am looking for parts for a customer window, looks a lot like your series 795 but mine has a top hook and the shoe is only an 1" wide (15-194). Can you tell me a part number for the channel mine has 28C stamped in it.

I bought 2 balance shoes to repair my window but the ones that I received (15-195) are a little fatter than the ones I need I think. I have tried and tried to make these work but i cannot get them into the window. The ones that came with my window are probably 3/8in where the ones i got sent are ... (cont.)

This is a 28" Channel Balance (plain channel). As best as I can tell it's the Series 795, but the shoe looks different on mine than your illustration, so I wanted to check. Hi, My channel balances aren't working. The windows are low quality (BiltBest?) contractor grade vinyl single hung. I believe that the 795 Series in a 28" length will work for our windows; however, I am unsure of the pivot shoe width. The one we have is 1" wide. Is the pivot shoe on the 795 Series also 1"? Rose

The channel balance I need to replace is 28" and has 28F P1 B61 stamped on them. Can you supply these. Thanks Jerry

Does your 28" Series 795 Channel Balance, Product Code: S795-28, come with a 1" wide balance shoe or a 1 1/4"? My current is approximately 1" wide and 13/32" (3/8") deep. The channel balance is marked with 28C and B51 The pivot end is marked with 4610106 The part matches your catalog item S795-28, option 28B except it has a hook on the end opposite the pivot. I need four complete channel balance assemblies like the one pictured.
