I've purchased a few 34" Series 795 Channel Balance S795-34 option: 34Athis is the part installed, it works great. I'm going to order more but I wanted to ask you if you feel that I should order a shorter version....as you can see in the picture the plastic latch hits the metal part of the balance. ... (cont.)

Tilt latch 2 3/8" x 3/4"/3/4" approximately, beige slide in out i believe. Channel Spring approx 33-34", appears that the actual part needing replacement is the cylindrical metal component that is turned to lock in place. printed with 33C and AO 198 3 more pictures but can only upload 3 of this ... I am having trouble trying to find this replacement part. It screws in on the top and has this plastic part on the bottom where a pin on the sash goes in. I can't get the piece out of the jamb so I hope I can figure out how to get the new one in. It is marked with 32-3 and it is a 33 inch balance ... (cont.)

The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH" The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490" The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. The existing channel is stamped 32 -5 but it measures 33. Attempted to upload some pictures for you but they would not upload. My channel looks like your 795 series but not sure about what sash weight to select. The shoe at the bottom measures 1 1/4? wide. The top has the screw in loop type. ... (cont.)

I am having issues with getting my windows to close all the way so my lock will line up. Please help me Identify the correct window balances. Only marks are 33D and the images attached.

I recently ordered 4 of these along with many shoes. Shoes worked great but somewhere done the line I was missing 4 balancers. The ones I received have a different top. This is what mine look like.
