Looking for plastic housing with spring/coil steel that assists in lifting vinyl window sash and keeping it up. The coil covers have dry rotted from sun, I would like to replace them and will replace the coils as well if needed. Please give me some PN's so I can get this started. Thanks

I have a Simonton single hung tilt window with a triple spring balance on each side. Springs are good, shoe is good, the spring housing needs replacement. The housing is 4.5" high x 1.25" wide x 0.5" deep. The springs have #5.0 35" marked on them. Can you provide a part number for the spring housing ... (cont.)

I was replacing a broken coil with the new one you sent me and I unfortunately broke the plastic end piece that holds the coil. I'd like to buy two of them please.
