Good morning! I need 2 of the double spring loaded balancers. I need 2 of the single spring loaded balancers and 6 of the pivot bars. Ron thank you.

Our Simonton double hung window won't stay up and after removing the sash I see that the balance assembly is cracked. Not sure what replacement I should get and attached photos.

i need the coil part it says 8 on it idont know which one i need

Need the coil balancer replaced and maybe the sash tilt guides as well if you guys carry them. Thanks

The pieces on the top are from one window. The metal bar on the bottom is from a different window. The smaller part on the top has a pat. no. 5.704..165. They are from windows that were install in 2003/4.

I have a broken piece of plastic on one side of a window that is held on by one screw. Photo on right is side that is not broken. Photo on left shows 2 round metal pieces that would be covered by the broken plastic piece. The plastic part is about 1" x 4.5" . What is that part and can it be ordered ... (cont.)

I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the 15-150T looks like the piece i need for 10 windows where this part has become brittle and cracked due to the southern sun exposure. The dimensions are the correct width but the height is 4 1/2" instead of the 4 1/8". The part I have is a slightly ro ... (cont.)
