I have a few windows in my house that will not open easily and will not stay open without being propped open. I am sure that the windows are put in the house are the cheapest. The pictures I uploaded my not be the greatest. these parts are broken I am looking to replace. Any Ideas? ... (cont.)

I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the 15-150T looks like the piece i need for 10 windows where this part has become brittle and cracked due to the southern sun exposure. I tried the coil spring support on my simonton window. The springs fit but the top of the coil spring support of the 15-150T is squared and not rounded like the original part from my window. We have traco windows in our dorm building on campus. They have coiled springs in the window for a balance. The plastic holder that holds the springs are broken and need to be replaced. Attached are photos of a balance used to replace the old coil type lift shown next to it. The balance is 33" x 9/16" x 9/16". The old shoe from the coil type lift is 1 1/4" x 17/32".
